The contract concluded on the basis of this document will not be registered, it will be concluded only in electronic form, it will not be considered a written contract and it does not refer to an accepted code of conduct.
1. Scope and modifiability of the GTC
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties with regard to the use of the website and all contractual relations within the scope of other services of the Service Provider, as well as the circumstances related to the use of other services.
The scope of these GTC extends to all Users. The provisions of these GTC are binding or authorizing the Service Provider and the Users, all their representatives, legal successors or assigns.
Issues not regulated in these Regulations and the interpretation of these Regulations shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (the “Civil Code”) and the Act on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services. CVIII of 2001 (Elker. Act). The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.
The present GTC is valid from 2021.07.30. and it shall remain in force from the date of its entry into force and shall remain in force until revoked. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC with prior notification of the Users affected by the amendment. The Service Provider shall publish the amendments on the websites 14 (fourteen) days before they enter into force. For newly using the Service, the amended GTC will become effective on the day of its publication. Simultaneously with the ordering of the service, the Users - even if they have not concluded a contract with the Service Provider - accept the provisions of these GTC.
If the User accesses the website operated by the Service Provider or reads its content in any way, even if he is not a registered user of the website, he acknowledges that the provisions of the Regulations are binding on him. If the User does not accept the terms, he is not entitled to view the content of the website.
3. General provisions
The Service Provider reserves all rights to the website, all its details and the content appearing on it, as well as the distribution of the website.
It is prohibited to download, electronically store, process and sell the contents or any part of the content appearing on the website without the written consent of the Service Provider. Any material may be taken over from the website and its database, even with written consent, only with reference to that website. If there is a breach of these rules the Service Provider may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Given that the content of the website may change independently of the Service Provider, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws, the Service Provider shall not be liable for the accuracy or reliability of the content of the website.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content created or published by third parties, which have been uploaded to the Service Provider's system by third parties or to which the website refer.
Furthermore, the Service Provider is not responsible for the websites to which the links placed by the Users, etc. show. Should any problems arise in connection with the links published in this way, the Service Provider excludes its liability in all respects and the fee for the ongoing service is fully due.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content of the website at any time or to terminate its accessibility in compliance with the provisions of these GTC. The Service Provider does not guarantee that access to the website is smooth. The Service Provider excludes liability for damages resulting from errors not attributable to the Service Provider, or from possible malfunctions exceeding the Service Provider's 99.9% annual availability commitment.
4. The subject of the contract
The products and videos on the Service Provider's website are the subject of a contract between the Service Provider and the User. The purchase price next to the videos is in HUF and is always the gross price of the selected product. The price of the product includes the VAT in accordance with the current legislation.
5. The process of subscription, cancelation, payment
The User can enter the system by filling in the Subscription form. It is important that accurate data is provided by the User, since the products and services are billed based on this data. After filling in the data, the system will redirect you to the payment provided by Barion. Fees can only be paid by credit card. After the payment, the User is entitled to enter the system, use the service and view the materials corresponding to the subscription.
The User must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. The User responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. The User agree not to disclose your password to any third party. The User must notify the Service Provider immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of his account. The User may not use as a username, the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
The Service Provider reserve the right to refuse or cancel the User order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. The Service Provider reserve the right to refuse or cancel the User subscription if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
5.1. Cancelation of subscription
By. logging in to the system, on the User’s profile page, the subscription can be canceled for any subscriptions. After cancellation, the next debit will no longer occur. If there are still paid days left after the cancellation, the User will still have access to the videos until the end of the expiration date.
5.2. Monthly fee
Each month, the credit card is debited at the 30-day turning point with the monthly fee. The Service Provider will automatically issue an invoice for this payment, which will be emailed to the User.
The Service Provider will automatically deduct the monthly fee from the given credit card every 30 days from the first charge after the subscription.
5.3. Payment
The monthly fee can only be paid by credit card.
5.4. Fulfillment of the fee for the purchased products and services
After filling in the Subscription form, the site will redirect you to the Barion payment page, where the fees can be paid by credit card on the secure interface of this service provider.
Registration is not required for credit card payments on the Barion payment page,the User only needs to enter the credit card number, the expiration date, the CVC code on the back of the card and an email address.
There is an option to register on the Barion payment page, which served as a kind of convenience and security feature. The advantage is that you no longer have to type in the card details at any Barion acceptance point, just enter your email address and password to pay.
Online payment is provided by Barion Payment Zrt.,
After the purchase, the User's bank account statement will contain "Barion Payment Zrt."
Payment is possible through the Barion system with the following bank card types:
• Mastercard or Maestro credit card
• Visa or Electron bank card
• Amex credit card
Barion provides secure online payment options, as its servers are protected by Norton / Symantec / Verisign 256-bit SSL encryption and have the PCI DSS certification required by credit card companies, so it is authorized to manage credit card information. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt is an e-money issuer under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank.
5.5. The method of payment of the fee for the purchased products and services
Payment for products and services can only be made by credit card. Service provider only has the option of card acceptance in the Barion system. The Barion electronic payment system is operated by Barion Payment Zrt. (Registered office: 1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1. I. building 5th floor 5; 2-43, Community tax number: HU25353192, activity license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013, electronic identification of the electronic money issuer: 25353192).
Barion is an electronic payment service that allows you to pay conveniently and securely with a credit card or pre-loaded balance on our website.

5.6. Invoice
The Service Provider is obliged to issue an electronic invoice via e-mail for subscription fees, products and other services, within 15 days after the deduction of the fees. Customer accepts the electronic invoice system.
5.7. Prices
Our prices are list prices valid at the time of the purchase, which can be found next to the products in the website. Prices are gross prices, VAT included.
5.8. Procedure in case of incorrect price
Despite the Service Provider efforts, the product or service may be listed at the wrong price in the website. The Service Provider is unable to accept and deliver the User’s order at the incorrect price. However the system will send a confirmation email with the incorrect price, which does not yet constitute acceptance of the order. In this case, the Service Provider immediately will inform the User, about the new data, after the error was detected and modified. The User confirms the order once again later, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.
5.9. Possibility to correct data entry errors
During the ordering process, the User has the opportunity to continuously correct or delete the entered data. If the User have already proceeded to the form he wants to correct, but have not yet finalized the order, it is advisable to click the back button of the browser until the desired page appears, where the User can make the change. If the User wish to make changes to the information provided after the order has been submitted, he may indicate his intention to make changes at one of the contact details provided above.
6. Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right, at sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material the Service Provider will try to inform the User at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Service Provider sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
